摘 要: | [目的]了解病死黑斑原鮡表皮和肠道微生物群落的变化及其与黑斑原鮡死亡的关系。[方法]利用新一代高通量测序技术,研究病死黑斑原鮡表皮皮肤黏液和肠道内容物微生物群落的变化及其对黑斑原鮡死亡的影响。[结果]黑斑原鮡病变死亡后,肠道中Acinetobacter sp.、Flavobacterium sp.、Vagococcus sp.、Carnobacterium sp.、Bacillus sp.和Malassezia sp.6种优势微生物菌群减少,而Pseudomonas sp.、Tremellales和Agaricomycetes 3种优势微生物菌群增加;黑斑原鮡病变死亡后其表皮皮肤黏液中Pseudomonas sp.、Vagococcus sp.、Providencia sp.、Morganella sp.、Pleosporales、Mucorales、Tremellales和Agaricomycetes 8种优势微生物菌群减少,而Acinetobacter sp.、Proteus sp.、Carnobacterium sp.和Malassezia sp.4种优势微生物菌群增加。[结论]细菌和真菌在黑斑原鮡表皮和肠道中菌群的变化,可能是导致黑斑原鮡病变死亡的主要原因之一。

Study on the Microbial Community in the Epidermis and Intestinal Tract of Dead Glyptosternum maculatum |

Abstract: | [Objective]To investigate the changes of microbial community in the epidermis and intestinal tract of dead Glyptosternum maculatum and their relationship with the death of G.maculatum.[Method]The changes of microbial community in the epidermal mucus and intestinal con-tents of dead G.maculatum and their effects on the death of G.maculatum were studied by using new generation of high throughput sequencing technique.[Result]After G.maculatum died,six major microbial flora of Acinetobacter sp.,Flavobacterium sp.,Vagococcus sp.,Carnobacteri-um sp.,Bacillus sp.and Malassezia sp.in the intestinal tract of dead G.maculatum reduced,but three dominant microbial flora(Pseudomonas sp., Tremellales and Agaricomycetes)increased.In the epidermal mucus of dead G.maculatum,8 dominant microbial flora(Pseudomonas sp., Vagococcus sp.,Providencia sp.,Morganella sp.,Pleosporales,Mucorales,Tremellales,Agaricomycetes)decreased,but four dominant microbi-al flora(Acetobacter sp.,Proteus sp.,Carnobacterium sp.and Malassezia sp.)increased.[Conclusion]The microbial flora of bacteria and fun-gi in the epidermis and intestinal tract of G.maculatum might be one of main causes that led the lesions and death of G.maculatum. |
