摘    要:目的]探讨微生物菌肥用于设施番茄生产的可能性,以确定在设施番茄栽培上的合理用量。方法]采用田间试验,研究酸化土壤施用微生物菌肥对设施番茄产量、品质及土壤化学性质的影响。结果]设施番茄施用该菌肥后可增产,处理(3)(微生物菌肥用量为1 200 kg/hm2)的产量最高,较对照增加7.98%。在常规施肥的基础上配施微生物菌肥可促进番茄的生长发育,显著提高番茄单果质量和Vc、可溶固形物、番茄红素含量。另外,该菌肥能明显增加土壤p H和碱解氮、速效磷及速效钾含量。结论]微生物菌肥用量在1 200 kg/hm2时设施番茄生长发育及土壤状况较优。

Abstract:Objective] To explore more possibilities of microbial fertilizer on greenhouse tomato production,and confirm the reasonable application dosage.Method] The field plot experiment was conducted to study the the effects of microbial fertilizer on the yield,quality and soil chemical properties of greenhouse tomato.Result] The greenhouse tomato yield increased in acid soil applied with microbial fertilizer.Under the application of microbial fertilizer,the greenhouse tomato yield of treatment ③ was higher,and it was 7.98% higher than control group.Under the application of conventional fertilization and microbial fertilizer,the growth and development of tomato were improved,and single fruit weight,vitamin C,fruit soluble solid and lycopene concentration in mature tomato increased.Meanwhile,alkaline-N,olsen-P and effective K increased by 21.3%,38.7% and 9.2%,respectively in greenhouse tomato soil.Conclusion] When the amount of microbial fertilizer was 1 200 kg/hm2,growth and development of greenhouse tomato was better.
