摘    要:[目的]研究斑鸠菊的化学成分。[方法]利用硅胶层析、树脂层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶层析和ODS反相层析等技术,对斑鸠菊乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据进行化学成分鉴定。[结果]从斑鸠菊中共分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为山奈酚、木犀草素、芹菜素、槲皮素、2(S)-7,3',5'-三羟基二氢黄酮、谷甾醇、豆甾醇。[结论]7个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to study the chemical constituents of Vernonia esculenta.[Method] Silica gel chromatography,resin chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel chromatography and ODS reverse phase chromatography were used to isolate and purify ethanol extract of Vernonia esculenta.The chemical constituents were identified by spectral data.[Result] Seven compounds were isolated from Vernonia esculenta,and they were identified as kaempferol,luteolin,apigenin,quercetin,2 (S)-7,3',5'-trihydroxyflavanone,sitosterol,stigmasterol.[Conclusion] Seven compounds were isolated from Vernonia esculenta for the first time.
