Intellectual Property Rights Protection and Cultural Heritage of the Jingyang Fu Brick Tea from Shaanxi Province

This paper introduced the general situation of Jingyang Fu brick tea,and analyzed the agricultural intellectual property rights of the tea,based on geographical indications,agricultural biological genetic resources,traditional knowledge protection,trademark rights,patent rights and new varieties of plant. This paper discussed the countermeasures of traditional tea culture inheritance and innovation development from the aspects of intellectual property protection,transmission of traditional knowledge,innovation of agricultural science and technology,cultural inher-itance of Tea-horse Ancient Road,"The Belt and Road".
