旱种水稻产量与米质的初步研究

以粳稻镇稻 88和杂交籼稻汕优 63为材料 ,研究了旱种对产量与米质形成的影响。结果表明 :用湿润秧进行旱种栽培 ,镇稻 88明显较水种产量低 ,而汕优 63减产幅度不大 ;用旱秧进行旱种 ,无论是镇稻 88还是汕优 63 ,产量与水种的差异均不明显 ;水稻旱种后 ,稻米的胶稠度明显减小 ,糊化温度升高。垩白率因品种而异。其他品质指标如直链淀粉含量、蛋白质含量和精米率等与水种无显著差异

PRELIMINARY STUDIES ON GRAIN YIELD AND QUALITY OF DRY-CULTIVATED RICE

With the Japonica cultivar of Zhendao 88 and Indica hybrid combination of Shanyou 63 as materials, the yield and quality characteristics of rice were studied under both dry cultivated and moist cultivated conditions. When moist raised seedlings were used, the yield of Zhendao 88 was significantly decreased whereas that of Shanyou 63 was not obviously reduced under dry cultivated conditions. When dry raised seedlings were used, the yield of the dry cultivation, either Zhendao 88 or Shanyou 63, was not significantly different with that of the moist cultivation. Dry cultivation decreased gel consistency of a kernel and increased gelatinization temperature. Chalkiness varied with cultivars. There was no significant difference between dry cultivated and moist cultivated rice in other quality indices, such as amylose content, protein content, and percentage of milled rice.
