摘    要:以郎枣和梨枣为试材,对打孔膜、针孔膜、硅窗袋和微孔膜4种不同包装方式下枣果的失重及保鲜效果进行了研究.结果表明,塑料薄膜厚度、通气面积、通气孔数量是影响枣果失重的主要因素.在相同条件下,包装材料的厚度与枣果失重成反比,在4种包装方式中硅窗袋包装枣果的失重率最小,其次为微孔膜包装,打孔膜和针孔膜包装失重相对较大.硅窗袋和微孔膜包装袋内CO2含量较高,好果率也较高,两种包装方式是枣果贮藏比较适宜的包装方式.

Abstract:Effect of four different packaging methods-stiletto PE film, pinhole film, silicon window bag and micro hole film-on weight loss and storage effect of Langzao and Lizao were studied. The results showed that, the thickness of film, ventilate area, and number of ventilate hole were important factors of effecting jujube weight loss. Under the same conditions, weight loss was inverse rate with thickness of packaging film. Weight loss rate of packaging with silicon window bag was least among the four packaging methods, next was micro hole film, stiletto PE film, and pinhole film were relatively more. The content of CO2 and good fruit rates were higher in with silicon window bags and micro hole film bags, they were good storage ways for jujube.
