竹材四面铣削三面剖分加工工艺及设备研究

摘    要:基于现有市场竹材加工方式对竹材利用率低之现状,提出一种竹材四面铣削三面剖分的加工工艺。利用竹材数控四面铣削三面剖分加工方式取代传统竹材加工工艺,既可以提高竹材的利用率,又可以提高竹材加工生产的利润。在四面铣削三面剖分工艺流程的基础上,进一步研究竹材数控四面铣削三面剖分加工设备整体机构,完善加工工艺。

Abstract:Because of the low efficiency of bamboo resource usage based on current processing technology , a new technology for bamboo processing by milling all around and splitting three sides was put forward .To replace the traditional processing technology by this one will not only improve efficiency of bamboo resource usage but also creat more economic profit .vailability and the productive profit .Based on the process of milling all around and splitting three sides technology , further study on the bamboo CNC equipment ’ s whole organization was conducted , and rel-evant processing technology was improved .
