景迈-芒景古茶园茶树群落寄附生植物种间联结研究

摘    要:通过采用2×2列联表的 V 比率、 X2(亚特修正)、落合指数( OI )、骰子指数( DI )、点相关系数( PCC)、相似性系数( JI)、关联系数( AC)、 Spearman 秩相关系数等多指数比较的方法对景迈古茶园茶树群落寄附生植物种间联结性进行研究。结果表明,(1)景迈-芒景古茶群落寄附生植物计有21种,其中寄生维管植物有红花寄生、扁枝槲寄生2种,附生植物有鸟舌兰、芳香石豆兰、束花石斛等19种;(2)单株茶树(n=127)尺度的种间联结表现为极显著相关,种间联结比较密切;样地尺度5 m ×5 m (n=31)总体联结性相对于单株茶树的联结性较差;(3)关联系数(AC)与Spearman秩相关系数能够很好的反映寄附生植物的联结关系,且与X2检验一致;(4)单株茶树尺度极显著正联结的种对有石豆兰与石莲姜槲蕨、云南骨碎补与扁球羊耳蒜、短棒石斛与细萼吊石苣苔;细萼吊石苣苔,短耳鸢尾兰与其他物种表现为显著负联结。

Abstract:The multiple comparison and application of 2 ×2 contingency table V ratio, X2 (Yate’s correction), Ochiai Index (OI), Dice Index (DI), Point Correlation Coefficient (PCC), Jaccard index (JI), Association Coefficient ( AC) and Spearman correlation coefficient to study the species association of parasitic /epiphytic plants in ancient cultivated tea plantation.The results were as follows:1 ) There were 21 parasitic/epiphytic plants occoured in the study area , including 2 parasitic plants ( Scurrula parasitica and Viscum articulatum) and 19 epiphytic plants ( Ascocentrum ampullaceum, Bulbophyllum ambrosia, Dendrobium chrysanthu and others ); 2 ) among the measured 127 tea trees (tea tree level) all the dependent plants showed a significiant correlation , and among the measured 31 5 m ×5 m plots ( plot level ) , all the dependent plants did not show significiant correlation compared with tree level; 3) Association Coefficient (AC) and Spearman correlation coefficient could well reflect the association relationship among parasitic/epiphytic plants , and this result consistent with X2 test;4 ) Among these plants, the pair of plants with significant positive relation were Bulbophyllum sp.and Drynaria propinqua, Davallia cylindrica and Liparis elliptica, Dendrobium capillipes and Lysionotus petelotii, and the pair with the significant negative relation were Bulbophyllum ambrosia and Dendrobium capillipes, Bulbophyllum ambrosia and Lysionotus petelotii, Bulbophyllum nigrescens and Dendrobium chrysanthum, Ascocentrum ampullaceum and Peperomia tetraphylla.
