水稻簇矮病的研究Ⅳ:病害的发生发展和防治试验

摘    要: 水稻簇矮病的两种介体中,Nephotettix cincticeps的传毒率(为45.1%)显著高于N.virescens (24.7%)。但不同虫态、龄期和性别,以及采自不同产地的同一种叶蝉,其传毒力并无显著的差异。
病害的潜育期在17~29℃下为8~44天,随温度的上升而缩短。病害的发生发展与其有效毒源(带毒虫数量)、品种抗性及外界条件有密切关系。采用抗病品种(如赤块矮3号、包胎矮、珍龙13和珍龙410等),结合测报调节播插时间,必要时辅以育秧返青阶段做好治虫防病工作,可有效控制病害的发生。

Abstract:Between two vectors of RBSV,the effectiveness of transmission of Nephotettix cincticeps(45.1%) was much higher than that of N.virescens(24.7%).However,there was not remarkable difference of the trans-mission effectiveness between different forms,ages and sexes of the vectors,and also no difference among vectors collected from various districts.
The incubation period of the disease in rice plants was 8~44 days at 17~29℃.It shortened as the temperature rose.The occurence and development of the disease were closely related to the number of the viruliferous insects,resistance of varieties and environmental conditions.Field investigations as well as artificial inoculations showed that different rice varieties reacted to the disease differently.Chaiyeching No.8,V 41 and their hybrids were the most susceptible,while Chikuaiai 3,Baotaiai,Zhenlong 13 and Zhenlong 410 et al.were the most resistant.Thus,disease control can be best achieved by using resistant varieties.Since the disease attacks the rice plants more readily in the seedling stage and green recovering tiller stage,it is effective to regulate the sowing and transplanting time so as to escape the migrant peak of the insect vectors.At the same time,it is also important to check or control the insect vectors at the time of sowing and transplanting.
