基于农业循环经济理论的山西新农村建设研究

循环经济是一种新型经济发展模式,发展循环经济是实现我国经济社会可持续发展战略的重要途径。在社会主义新农村建设中,大力发展农业循环经济,是实现"生产发展"、"生活宽裕"、"乡风文明"、"村容整洁"要求、推进新农村建设的突破口,对于农业生产条件薄弱的山西具有十分重要的意义。本文在介绍农业循环经济的理论的基础上,提出了山西省农业发展面临的问题,指出大力发展农业循环经济在新农村建设中有着十分重要的意义,进而提出山西省发展农业循环经济的对策。
