摘    要:用稀释50、100、200倍立枯丝核菌粗毒素分别处理1月龄人参幼苗,测定0、1、3、6、12、24 h后人参幼苗叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果表明,经立枯丝核菌粗毒素处理后,人参幼苗防御酶活性先升高后降低;丙二醛含量则一直维持较高的水平,且呈现持续上升趋势.

Abstract:The annual ginseng seedlings were treated with three concentrations of Rhizoctonia solani toxin. The activity of the superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were measured after 0, 1, 3, 6, 12, 24h treatment respectively. The results showed that the effects of Rhizoctonia solani crude toxin on defensive enzyme activity in ginseng seedling firstly increased then decreased, MDA level is remained high, and continued rising.
