摘    要:用总加权值法评价车辆垂直方向的平顺性,用全概率法评价车辆对路面的损伤;车辆悬置质量、非悬置质量、车速、悬架刚度和阻尼等参数分别变化时,车辆平顺性与对路面损伤之间有效强的相关性。将本研究应用到车辆优化设计中,可实现车辆较高的平顺性和较轻的路面损伤。

Abstract:The total weighing value method for evaluating the vertical smoothness of a vehicle, which was commonly used in this field, and the full probability method for evaluating a pavement damage which was developed by the authors and was more precise compared with the others, were adopted to simulate a real system. The simulating results indicated that there was a strong relationship between vehicle smoothness and its damage to pavement when suspension stiffness, suspension damp, tire stiffness, suspension mass, un suspension mass and speed varied respectively. The results may be used in a vehicle design and optimization to assure the vehicle has both a higher smoothness and less damage to pavement.
