| 摘 要： | 酚类化合物、多糖、蛋白质和未知次级代谢产物，是影响白桦（BetuLa pLatyphyLLa)花芽组织RNA提取的几个主要干扰因素。笔者在以往草本植物DNA和微生物RNA提取方法基础上，提出了提取白桦雄花芽组织RNA的3种方法。

| Abstract: | Phenolic compounds, polysacchrides, proteins and unidentified secondary metabolites are four main factors interfering the isolation of RNA from white birch ( Betula platyphylla) stamen tissues. Based on the means of extracting DNA from herbage and RNA from microorganism, three new methods of extracting RNA from white birch stamen tissues are posed in this assay. |
