摘    要:通过紫花含笑接穗在不同类型与不同径级的砧木上进行高位嫁接试验,从接穗成活率及冠幅生长情况等方面探讨了试验成效,得出了以下结论:1)应用紫花含笑接穗在乐昌含笑、深山含笑、木莲等大砧上高位嫁接培育大苗能够取得成功。2)紫花含笑接穗与同科同属的深山含笑、乐昌含笑、醉香含笑高位嫁接成活率高于同科不同属的木莲。3)以4~7 cm径阶的乐昌含笑砧木嫁接紫花含笑最有利于接穗成活及生长。

Abstract:Through the high-point grafting test of Michelia crassipes’s scion on rootstocks with different types and diameter-level, the test effectiveness was explored from the survival rate of grafting and crown growth, etc., the results was as follow:1) Michelia crassipes’s scion was grafted on big rootstocks of M. chapensis, M. maudiae, Manglietia fordiana and etc., and can nurture big seedlings. 2) The survival rate of high-point grafting for M. crassipes’s scion and that of M. maudiae, M. chapensis, M. macclurei which belonged to the same family and same genera were higher than M. fordiana which was different family and genera from them. 3) Grafting M. crassipes’s scion on rootstocks of 4 ~ 7 cm diameter-level M. chapensis was most conducive to the survival and growth of the scion.
