摘    要:论文对竹材加工企业产生的“三废”问题进行分类处理。竹长条废弃物经处理,可压制定向重组复合板;竹废屑经酚化液化处理,可制备代替酚醛树脂的生物质胶粘剂,可循环使用于浸胶工序,从而降低车间甲醛废气;漂白的废水可通过碱析法,再将废水与纯水混合进行好氧及厌氧生化处理,使竹材加工企业废弃物分类处理,一方面提高竹材附加值及综合利用率,另一方面降低废弃物对环境的污染及操作工人的身体健康。

Abstract:The classification processing of bamboo processing enterprise's "three wastes" question was made. Bamboo strip waste after processing, can suppress directional composite plate;Bamboo shavings by phenol and liquefaction processing, can preparation bio-based adhesive for instead phenolic to recycled in the dipping process, thereby reduce formaldehyde gas of workshop; Bleaching wastewater by alkali evolution method, then the wastewater and water mixed aerobic and anaerobic biochemical treatment, on the one hand to improve the added value and the comprehensive utilization rate of bamboo, the other hand to reduce the pollution of waste on the environment and the health of workers.
