用快中子辐照的碳纤维编织物诱发关节软骨再生

采用快中子辐照的碳纤维编织物，填充到实验兔膝关节软骨面缺损处，将实验兔分期分批剖杀，用肉眼、光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对再生的部分进行了观察。结果表明，碳纤维编织物可以诱发软骨组织再生，以其作为填充物是治疗因软骨损伤而导致的关节僵直的理想生物材料。

A Study on the Regeneration of Articular Cartilage In-duced by the Cloth Weaved with Fast Neutron-irraadiated Carbon Fibres

This study was designed to explore one of the more effective ways totreat the joint stiffness and rabbits were used as animal model.The defective sites onthe articular cartilage of the rabbits were filled with the cloth weaved with fast neutron-irradiated carbon fibres.Then the experimental rabbits were sacrificed by stages and inbatches and necropsy was made for gross, microscopic and ultramicrescopic examina-tions.It was sbown th8t the carbon fiber cloth can stimulate the regeneration of the ar-ticular cartilage. It might be an ideal way to treat joint stiffness resulted from articulardefects.
