摘    要: 为了试用遗传学方法去区别水平抗病性,将平原50、陕西蚂蚱麦、农夫198和E23等品种,分别与高感品种燕大1817杂交.F1抗性表现接近于中亲值;F2单株抗病性呈连续分布。由此可见,这些品种的抗病性是多基因控制的数量性状遗传,可能为水平抗病性.农大139和络夫林10号在本试验中,其抗病性为单基因遗传,符合其垂直抗性表现。

Abstract:In order to develop a genetic approach in identifying horizontal resistance,Crosses were made between resistant cultivars and susceptible ones,and resistance evaluation was conducted on the parents,F1,F2 and F3 progenies on single plant basis.On the basis of data analysis,it is considered that Ping-yuan 50、Shan-xi-ma-Cha、Nong-da 198 and E23 may have polygenic,and hence horizontal resistance,while that of Nong-da 139 and Lovrin 10,mongenic and vertical resistance.
