刺五加果肉总皂苷对实验性高脂血症小鼠血脂的影响

目的观察刺五加果肉总皂苷对实验性高脂血症小鼠血脂的影响。方法通过2周高脂饲料喂养,建立实验性高脂血症小鼠模型,同时灌胃给予刺五加果肉总皂苷的高、中、低3个剂量,观察预防性给予刺五加果肉总皂苷对高脂血症小鼠血清胆固醇（TC）、血清甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）和TC/HDL-C值的影响。结果刺五加果肉总皂苷可显著降低血清中TC和TG值。结论刺五加果肉总皂苷能很好地调节高脂血症小鼠的血脂水平,具有预防动脉粥样硬化等心血管疾病的作用。

Effects of Total Saponins from the Pulp of Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim)Harms on Blood Lipidin Mice with Hyperlipidemia

Objective To explore the effects of total saponins from the pulp of Acanthopanax senticosus（TSPASH）on blood lipid in hyperlipidemia mice.Methods Experimental hyperlipidemic mouse models were established by raising them with high fat diet for 2 weeks,at the same time the animals were administrated with TSPASH in high,moderate and low three doses respectively.The effects of TSPASH on total cholesterol（TG）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein-cholesterol（HDL-C）and TC/HDL-C radio of hyperlipidemic mice were investigated.Results The levels of TC and TG in the serum of hyperlipidemia mice decreased remarkably.Conclusion The TSPASH can effectively adjust the serum lipid of hyperlipidemia mice,and possess empodistic effect on some heart and blood vessel diseases.
