| 摘 要： | 数控无卡轴旋切机的刀台进给系统通过丝杠螺母的传动可实现刀体座的进退,传动丝杠螺母都是依靠人工润滑,如果润滑不及时就会出现粘牙现象而导致整个设备不能工作。介绍了一种自动润滑装置,其可实现对丝杠螺母的自动润滑。

| Abstract: | The cutter table feed system of a CNC spindle-less veneer lathe can realize the forward and backward movements of the cutter body seat through the drive of lead screw nuts.Driving lead screw nuts are all lubricated manually,and if lubrication is not done promptly,sticky phenomenon may occur,therefore resulting in the failure of the whole equipment.An automatic lubricating device is introduced to realize the automatic lubrication of driving lead screw nuts. |
