烟草烟碱含量的调控措施研究

以贵烟4号、k326为材料,采用完全随机区组试验,研究了激素、茎秆韧皮部环剥对烟叶烟碱含量的影响.结果是:IAA、NAA、GA3、2,4-D等4种激素处理使上部烟叶烟碱含量分别降低28.7%、13.6%、20.4%、15.6%,6-BA处理使上部烟叶烟碱含量增加4.8%;环剥茎杆基部、中下部、中上部韧皮部等3个处理对使上部烟叶烟碱含量分别降低23.4%、22.7%、25.9%;全部处理降低烟叶烟碱含量的效果在K326、贵烟4号两个品种上表现一致;效果最好的是30mg/L IAA混羊毛脂用塑料膜包裹打顶伤口和叶面喷施30mg/L IAA处理.结果说明使用激素和环剥茎秆韧皮部对烟叶烟碱含量有影响,不同品种对试验处理的反应一致,生产上可以采用30mg/L IAA混羊毛脂用塑料膜包裹打顶伤口或叶面喷施30mg/L IAA以降低上部烟叶烟碱含量.

Study on Nicotine Content in Leaves of Tobacco by Hormone Controlling Measures

Guiyan4, k326 were chosen as the experimental materials by the completely random plot design to study influence of hormone and stem blast circle peeling on nicotine amount in leaf of tobacco. The results showed that four types of hormone treatments IAA, NAA, GA3, and 2,4 D made the amounts of nicotine in upper leaves decrease 28.7%, 13.6%, 20.4%, and 15.6% respectively, but the amounts of nicotine in upper leaves increased 4.8% by 6 BA treatment. Under blast circle peeling at the stem's base, lower mind and mid up positions, nicotine content of upper leaves decreased 23.4%, 22.7% and 25.9% respectively. All the treatments had the same results on nicotine content in tobacco leaves for k326 and Guiyan 4. The best results were the treatment with 30 mg/L mixed or spreading 30 mg/L IAA on leaves, which was recommended in large scale production of tobacco.
