摘    要:用苦味酸法测定烟叶中还原糖的含量是一种既正确又快速的方法。样品的回收率为96%—104.7%,变异系数约2%。本文介绍了方法的测定步骤和注意点。因为用这方法测定的浸提剂是水,所以与经典的Ber-trand 法相比,其结果比真实含量要稍高一点。需将测得结果乘以0.87,即得真值。

Abstract:Using picric acid to determine the quantity of reduction-sugar in tobaccoleaves is a quick and accurate method.The recovery rate of samples is 96%to 104.7% and the variation coefficient is about 2%.Because the extract ag-ent used in this method is water,compared with the classical Bertrand metho-d,the result value is a little higher than its true value.It must be multipliedby 0.87 to obtain its true value.
