| 摘 要： | 从内外2个方面提出构建＂双平台双能力＂的必要性,明确了＂双平台双能力＂专业实践教学体系的内容及其构建思路、方法、保障。＂双平台双能力＂专业实践教学体系的实施有效提升了学生的创新能力和工程能力。

| Abstract: | Based on interior and exterior factors,the necessity of Double Platform and Two Capability professional practical teaching system was presented.The content,design idea,method and guarantee of the system were introduced.The application of the system could effectively improve students＇ innovation ability and engineering ability. |
