双孢蘑菇高产栽培技术探索

对双孢蘑菇双核菌丝进行诱变处理及碱性驯化获得高产优良菌株.采用不同覆土的方法,对高产菌株1次覆土和2次覆土(CK)培养菌丝及栽培双孢菇进行了研究.结果表明:1次覆土处理双孢菇菌丝生长优于对照,但存在差异,1次覆土0.5 min诱变菌株效果最佳,表现为菌丝生长快、菌丝健壮、出菇早、子实体性状优良、抵抗杂菌能力强、产量高.

Probe on High Production Cultivation Technique of Pieurotus Ostreatus

The high yield and good strains of Agaricus bisporus Imbach variety was achieved through twin-nucleus hypha mutagensis and basic tame culture. In two methods of earth covers, we studied the culture hypha of the high yield and good strains. The result indicated that the hypha of Agaricus bisporus Imbach, which was earth covered one time grew well. But there are differences in the growths. The one which was earth covered in 0.5 minutes was the best,it had rapid growth, healthy and strong hypha, fine properties fruitbodies, strong antibacterial ability, high output, and early matures also.
