塔里木盆地30种植物鞣质含量的测定

摘    要:为进一步了解生长于塔里木盆地的植物中的鞣质等成分的含量,采用分光光度法对生长于当地的30种植物的茎、叶或籽实中的鞣质的含量进行测定。结果显示:采集于阿拉尔的盐穗木、灰叶胡杨、枸杞,喀什的泡果芥,四团的飞燕草鞣质含量较高,分别为15.87%、8.81%、8.37%、9.69%、8.54%。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is further to know content of tannin of plants grown in Tarim Basin. We have tested tannin quantity of stern, leaf or seed of 30 kinds these plants with spectrophotometer method in this attempt. The result of the measttrement indicates that these plants such as Halostachys caspica, Populus pruinosa Schrenk, Lycium Chinese Mill gathered from Alar; Cardaria Pubescens collected in Cashi and Consolida ajacis picked from fourth Tuan. Their tannins content is higher, respectively they are 15.87% ,8.81% ,8.37% ,9.69% ,8.54%.
