茶树产量早期鉴定的研究——扦插苗性状与茶树单株产量的关系

摘    要:本试验以福鼎大白茶与浙农109杂交第一代的45株茶树及其扦插苗为材料,采用简单相关、多元回归和主成分分析等统计方法,研究了扦插菌性状与茶树单株产量的关系.结果表明:扦插苗的腋芽萌发率;抽梢率、单株叶面积和单叶面积与单株产量呈中度极显著或显著正相关,相关系数(r)分别为 0.5388~(**)、 0.5621~(**)、 0.3701~*和 0.3010~*.扦插苗的根系活力和根干重与单株产量呈高度和中度极显著正相关,相关系数为 0.8558~(**)与 0.4624~(**).扦插成活率与单株产量呈中度极显著正相关,r= 0.4757~(**).

The relation between characters of young tea cuttings and yield of the single tea plant.
Abstract:The relation between characters of young tea cuttings and leaf yield of the single tea plant was studied by statistical methods, such as linear correlation, multiple regression , main element analysis based on 45 single tea plants of hybrid progeny and their young cttings, The results were as follows : Moderately positive correlation of germinating and shooting rates of lateral buds, single leaf area and total leaf area of single young cutting to leaf yield of its mother plant was significant or highly significant and the linear correlation coefficients (r) were 0. 5388 (p<0. 01), 0. 5621 (p<0. 01) , 0. 3701 (p<0. 05) and 0. 3010 (p<0. 05) respectively. The relation between the cutting vitality, the dry weight of roots and the leaf yield of single tea plant were highly significant (r=0.8588> ,p<0.01; r = 0.4621, p<0.01) resspectively. A significant correlation between cutting survival rate and leaf yield of single tea plant was also observed (r = 0. 4757,p<0. 05)
