摘    要:采用高活性生物修复茵制剂,对养殖中后期的南美白对虾池塘进行了改善水体质量的试验.通过测定分析水体的pH、化学需氧量、氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮、磷酸盐、溶解氧等水质指标,评价水体富营养化状况的变化.结果表明,这种水质净化剂能有效调节pH在7.5~8.5的范围内,提高水体的透明度6.8~13.4 cm,增加水体中溶解氧的含量23.81%~47.37%,降低水体COD和磷酸盐的含量为31.64%~49.71%和30.58%~62.43%,改善养殖水体的富营养化状态,使得试验池水体的营养状况值(E)下降了49.15%~86.96%,为南美白对虾的高产、高效养殖营造了良好的水域生态环境.

Abstract:The water of shrimp (Penaeus vannamei, Boone, 1931) ponds was used to investigate the effects of the highly active bioremediation probiotics, which were produced biologically. The eutrophication extent of the water body was analyzed according to the water quality indexes, such as pH value and amounts of COD, NH_3-N, NO_2~--N, NO_3~--N, PO_4-P, DO, etc. The results showed that the preparation efficiently adjusted the pH value of pond water to 7.5-8.5 and increased transparency by 6.8-13.4 cm. The DO content increased by 23.81%-47.37%. But the COD and PO_4-P content reduced by 31.64%-49.71% and 30.58%-62.43% respectively. As a result the extent of eutrophication reduced by 49.15%-86.96%. The environment of ponds treated with probiotics was improved to ensure the shrimp healthy growth of shrimps and high yield.
