施肥、刈割和土壤镇压对鸭茅丛枝菌根形成的影响

摘    要:施磷肥、强度刈割和土壤镇压都能显著降低鸭茅(Dactylis glomerata L.)的菌根形成。磷肥增加土壤有效磷浓度,而刈割减少根系生长和光合产物向根部的分配,土壤镇压则减少土壤空气、孔隙和根系生长,这些都不利于菌根形成。施肥、刈割和土壤镇压的交互作用对菌根形成的影响相对较小。

Abstract:Application of P_(2)O_(5) reduced the Mycorrhizal colonization of Orchardgrass(Dactylis glomerataL.) due to the increase of soil available phosphate.Defoliation and soil compaction also reduced the Mycorrhizal colonization of Orchardgrass.Defoliation was found reducing thecarbon flowing to roots and the root growth.Soil compaction wasfound reduceing the soil porosity,gaseous and theroot growth.Effectof interactions between fertilization,defoliationand soil compaction on arbuscular mycorrhizal colonizationwas small.
