| 摘 要： | 作者结合自己岗位工作，阐述了加强乡镇畜禽集中检疫和定点屠宰的科学管理必要性和优越性。结合乡镇具体状况，对乡镇畜禽定点屠宰提出具体要求和检疫人员管理制度化。同时畜禽集中检疫和定点屠宰也需要政府多个部门通力合作，才能使这项工作逐步走向规范化。
