密集烤房不同装烟方式耗能收益分析——以河南洛宁为例

通过对比密集烤房不同装烟方式的烟具成本、装烟量、耗能、用工及烤后烟叶经济性状,探索了洛宁烟区密集烤房不同装烟方式的耗能收益,结果表明:相对于常规挂竿、框架散叶而言,散叶插签的烟具成本低、装烟量大、减工降本效果明显,更适合于洛宁当地烟叶生产。

Benefit Analysis of Energy Consumption of Different Tobacco Leaf Loading Methods in Bulk Curing Barn: Taking Luoning City in Henan Province as An Example

Through comparing the smoking set cost,amount of loading tobacco,energy consumption,labor employment and economic traits of flue-cured tobacco leaves of different tobacco leaf loading methods in bulk curing barn of Luoning tobacco region,we explored the benefit of energy consumption of different tobacco leaf loading methods.The results indicated that: in comparison with the conventional loading leaf with pole and loading loose-leaf with frame,loading loose-leaf with slip had the advantages of low smoking set cost,large amount of loading tobacco,and low labor cost,so this method was more suitable for the local tobacco production of Luoning.
