薄壁和超薄壁陶瓷载体的压强测试方法研究

摘    要:自欧Ⅲ标准于2000年公布后,薄壁和超薄壁陶瓷载体的应用成为国外某些车型达标的重要保障。本文将着重介绍薄壁和超薄壁陶瓷载体的性能,强调满足欧4标准的选用优势,同时,也综合考虑如何选用匹配的支承垫,克服载体结构上的缺点———因壁厚变薄而降低结构强度,更易破碎。本文以选用合适的支承垫为例,介绍如何进行载体的压强动态测量。该理论分析结合实际测试的研究,对于国内汽车业在排气净化系统的研发,将有重要的参考价值和启发作用。

Abstract:Since Euro 3 emission regulation was issued in 2000,Thinwall and ultrathinwall substrates have already penetrated the substrate market worldwide in different amount depending on the local legislations.This paper introduces the property of Thinwall and ultrathinwall substrates,their practical advantages to meet Euro 4 emission regulation,and the(method) of pressure measurement.The application needs new mounting materials that can provide broader temperature(capability) while maintaining the ability to hold the ceramic substrate inside the can without any damage.With the help of thin film pressure sensor,the pressure distribution and the peak pressure can be recorded and analyzed.This paper,which(combines) development analysis with advanced experiment,has found a practical approach to improve application of thinwall and ultrathinwall substrate.
