摘    要:通过对菌丝菌龄、酶液浓度、酶解时间、酶解温度、渗透压稳定剂的种类和浓度等因素的实验研究,得到了一种制备香蕉枯萎菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense,FOC)原生质体的有效方法,并在固体再生培养基上实现了原生质体的再生,再生率为22.5%。

Abstract:The effects of some factors on the occurrence and regeneration of protoplasts of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense were studied. These factors include the appropriate hypha time for isolating protoplasts, the concentrations of enzyme, digesting times and temperatures, and osmotic pressure stabilizers. The purified protoplasts were regenerated on potato dextrose agar medium containing 0.8 mol/L sucrose, and the regeneration rate was 22.5 %.
