| 摘 要： | 从盐碱土壤中分离筛选耐盐菌株12株,经鉴定分别为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas),黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium),盐单胞菌属(Halomonas),微球菌属(Micrococcus)和芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)。各菌株均耐盐至10%,且对小麦、番茄、辣椒和黄瓜没有潜在致病性。

| Abstract: | 12 halotolerant bacteria were isolated from salt-soda soil and identified to belong to Pseudomonas,Flavobacterium,Halomonas,Micrococcus and Bacillus respectively.Every strain had the tolerance up to 10% NaCl and no potential pathogenicity to wheat,tomato,hot pepper and cucumber. |
