| 摘 要： | 沿海地区农户分化与非农化、城镇化的发展是相互作用，相互影响的。在实践中，必须选择适合沿海地区实际情况的城镇化和非农化发展道路，实现农户分化与非农化、城镇化的协调发展。第一要提高非农化质量，促进农户彻底分化；第二要实现城镇化与非农化的基本同步进行；第三，城镇化要适度集中，要有政府的宏观规划和引导。
