摘    要:以7个栽培稻品种(包括旱稻和水稻)在正常灌溉条件和干旱条件下进行产量比较试验,并分别对供试品种的产量和稻米品质构成因素进行了考察分析.结果表明,在水稻生育中后期持续干旱导致水稻品种严重减产,每穗颖花数减少是干旱导致栽培稻减产的主要原因;旱稻比水稻时干旱有更强的适应性.其在干旱胁迫下的结实率较高.灌浆结实期的适度干旱具有提高整精米率和减小垩白度的效果.

Abstract:Yield trials of 7 different rice varieties(Including five upland varieties and two paddy varieties) were carried out under normal irrigated and drought stress conditions separately.Grain yield and yield components and quality traits of two trials were analyzed and compared.The results showed that serious yield loss was caused by lasting drought stress during mid-late stage.The reduction of spikelets per panicle was the primary cause to the yield loss under the drought stress condition.The upland rice was more adapted to drought stress compared with paddy rice.The seed setting rate was much higher than that of the paddy rice under the drought stress.Moderate drought stress during the grain filling stage might have the effects of increasing the head rice rate and decreasing chalkiness.
