摘    要:研究了培养基附加不同浓度NaCl对花生叶片愈伤组织诱导、愈伤组织继代培养及不定根诱导的影响。结果表明,(1)诱导叶片脱分化时,完全抑制叶片脱分化的临界浓度品种间差异显著,海花1号表现较强的耐盐性。(2)在不同组培阶段,海花1号的敏感浓度不同。叶片愈伤组织诱导显著受抑制的临界浓度为10g/L,完全被抑制的浓度是18g/L;愈伤组织生长显著受抑制的临界浓度为4g/L,完全被抑制的浓度是10g/L;不定根诱导显著受抑制的临界浓度为6g/L、完全被抑制的浓度是8g/L。

Abstract:Effects of additional NaCl concentration in medium on callus formation of peanut leaves, growth of callus subcultured and regeneration of adventitious roots induced from peanut shoots in vitro were studied in this experiment. The results showed that : (1) Critical concentration of additional NaCl in medium for completely inhibiting callus formation obviously varied with different varieties. Haihua No. 1 represents relatively strong tolerance to salt as compared with the others. (2) Sensitivity of Haihua No. 1 to additional NaCl concentration varied from the stage of tissue culture. The critical concentration of additional NaCl to remarkably and completely suppress callus formation of leaves is 10 g/L, and 18g/L, respectively; That to remarkably and completely suppress growth of callus is 4 g/L, and 10g/L, respectively; That to remarkably and completely suppress regeneration of adventitious root is 6 g/L and 8g/L, respectively.
