从中国家禽业的起源和旧中国生产落后的过去，谈到新中国建立后生产蓬勃发展，成为世界上养禽业最大国家，但因人口众多，人平拥有禽产品仍远远 后于发达国家。据发达国家和我国自己的经验，养禽业的发 不权表明人民生活水平的提高，也标志着经济、科技知识和文化发展的水平，２１世纪中期，我国要达到中等发达国家水平，发展家禽业，将是一项重要的任务。

The Past,Present and Coming Poutry Raising in China

This paper provides the pact history of poultry raising in ancient and old China. After new China establishment the poultry industry is vigorous development being the first large of poultry raising and egg production in the world. But due to the large poputation the per capita consumption of poultry products is still far after developed countries. By the experience of developed countries or ourselves the development of poultry industry is not only make clear the raise of human life level but also it is indicated that the development of economic scientific technologic and cultural level in that country. During the middle of 21 century our country will achive to middle rank of developed countries no doubt the development of poultry industry would be an inportant task and job in our country.
