Abstract: | The text to the dynamic change of soil microorganism and enzyme activity in the whole procreative process of the Tarim island cotton proceeded testing, the test result showed: (1)The soil nutrient of the island cotton farmland of high yield of the species industry of the Tarim river is high 6.58%-37.42% than the island cotton farmland of the bottomland of Tarim river, especially total potassium (K), efficient potassium (K) is high 29.02%-37.42% than the general island cotton farmland of the bottomland of Tarim river. (2) The amount of microorganism shows itself the trend of change as follows: The group of bacteria has the growth pinnacle in autumn, appreciably backs up in autumn; The fungus is existences growth pinnacle in spring, being placed in the low valley in summer, biological activity starts backing up in autumn; The growth pinnacle of the actinomyes locates the summer, be placed in the low valley in spring and autumn; In soil microorganism interborough constitutes, the bacteria occupies the advantage of absoluteness, hinted that the conversion of the soil nutrient completes to mainly depend on bacteria. (3) The activity of catalase, urease, invertase and alkaline hosphatase in soil of the island cotton farmland of high yield of the species industry of the Tarim river is higher than the general yield island cotton farmland of the bottomland of Tarim river, and the change of activity of edaphic enzyme in the whole procreative process and dynamic law of growth of the island cotton express a good coordination, expressing the aspects of the need of the soil nutrient of the island cotton in different period that edaphic enzyme has the action that can't neglect. |
