摘    要:植物病毒是造成多种农作物减产和品质下降的重要病原之一,因其对植物细胞的绝对寄生性和致病的独特性,使得化学防治等常规措施难以发挥作用,而病毒分子生物学的发展和植物基因工程技术的出现,为防治植物病毒病开辟了新的途径。文章重点介绍了植物病毒外壳蛋白基因、复制酶基因、卫星RNA、运动蛋白基因介导的抗性等策略的抗病机理及存在问题,提出应加强对植物病毒基因介导的抗性机理和非病毒来源的基因介导的抗性等方面的研究,以期在植物抗病毒基因工程研究上获得质的突破和飞跃。

Abstract:Plant virus is one of the important pathogens which could cause yield reduction and quality declining in crops.Due to its absolute parasitism and unique pathogenicity to plant cells,normal measures such as chemical prevention and control could not exert their effects.The development of molecular biology of virus and the techniques of plant gene engineering would lead a new way to the prevention of plant virus.In this paper,the mechanism and existing problems of the resistance mediated by coat protein gene,replicase gene,satellite RNA,movement protein were chiefly introduced.Research on the mechanism of resistance mediated by plant virus gene and the resistance mediated by non-virus sources should be strengthened to make qualitative breakthrough in the research of plant virus-resistance gene engineering.
