| 摘 要： | 解淀粉芽孢杆菌对2年旱连作的元胡霜霉病的拮抗效果很好，每667 m~2做基肥施用2 kg剂量的益菌多可增产88%以上，元胡素含量提高5.26%。每667 m~2 3 kg为最佳经济剂量，可实现元胡的增产和提质。建议在生产中实践并推广应用。

| Abstract: | The antagonistic effect of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens against Peronospora corydalis was excellent in consecetive two years of drought. With two kg of probiotics as base fertilizer per 667 m2, the yield of Rhizoma corydalis increased by 88% and content of tetrahydropalmatin content increased by 5.26% . Three kg of probiotics as base fertilizer per 667 m2 is the best economic dosage, which can increase the yield and quality of Rhizoma corydalis. It is suggested to practice and popularize in the production. |
