| 摘 要： | 2020年对紫阳县双坪村8个紫阳金钱橘优良单株果实食品品质进行调查研究，选用单果重、果皮油细胞情况，剥皮难易程度、果实皮光滑程度和薄厚、果肉肉质色泽、果实口味、果肉Vc含量、可溶性固形物含量等7个指标，筛选出了果实食品品质表现优良的紫阳金钱橘单株双坪-8、双坪-9、双坪-10和双坪-6在果实品质方面表现优良。

| Abstract: | Eight single plants of select Fortunella margarita trees in Shuangping Village, Ziyang County were studied on its fruit quality.Seven indicators,including fruit weight, oil cells, degree of peeling, smoothness and thickness of the peel, fruit color, taste of fruit, Vc content in fruit pulp and soluble solids content, were selected, and then the select Fortunella margarita trees of Shuangping-8, Shuangping-9, Shuangping-10, and Shuangping-6 were screened out. |
