中药复方“连黄”消除沙门氏菌耐药性及对其生物学特性的影响

摘    要:通过小鼠急性毒性实验、细菌在小鼠体内各器官中的动态分布、细菌体外生长曲线的测定及耐药消除稳定性实验,研究耐药性消除对沙门氏菌生物学特性的影响.结果表明,中药复方“连黄”消除沙门氏菌耐药性后其毒力降低,同时使其在体内存活与扩散的能力显著降低.

Abstract:Studied on the influence of bionomics of salmonellosis after the drug resistance was eliminated by acute toxicity testing of mice, dynamic state distribution of bacterium in different organs of mice, determination of growth curve of bacterium in vitro and the stability test after drug resistance was eliminated. The results showed that the toxicity of salmonellosis degraded after the the drug resistance was eliminated by the chinese traditional compound medicine "LN", while the longevity and the diffusion of salmonellosis was degraded significantly.
