农村城镇化对耕地的影响机制分析

分析了农村城镇化对我国耕地的数量、质量和利用方式等方面带来的变化.指出因为农村城镇化建设直接占用耕地、土地规划与管理不当、盲目追求经济效益等导致了耕地数量的直接减少;因粗放和掠夺式经营引起耕地退化、工业和生活污染严重降低土壤肥力、水土保护不力致使耕地受到严重破坏等导致了耕地的质量下降;与此同时,耕地的利用方式也由粗放利用向集约利用转变,由小块利用向规模利用转变.

Effect of Rural Urbanization on Cultivated-land

The change of amount,quality and using methods of cultivated-land was discussed in rural urbanization.It pointed out that some factors resulted in the decrease of the cultivated-land directly,including as the building of rural urbanization,improper land planning and blindly pursuing economic benefits.The cultivated-lands' quality is becoming worse owing to the facts that the management of the extensive and robbing type causes the cultivated-land to degrade;serious pallution from in dustry and life reduced soil fertility;water and soil not being kept well caused the land being destroyed.Meanwhile,the utility of cultivated-land has been changed from extensive to intensive,from small scale to large scale,etc.
