苯甲酰胺对大豆辐射诱变效应的影响

摘    要:本试验用苯甲酰胺、 ̄(60)Coγ射线、电子束单因子及苯甲酰胺与 ̄(60)Coγ射线、电子束复因子处埋大豆风干种子。结果表明,苯甲酰胺单因子处理,对大豆M1的苗高、成株率、孕性和根尖细胞染色体均无明显的影响,对其M2也无诱变效应。 ̄(60)Coγ射线、电子束单因子处理,对大豆具有明显的损伤效应和诱变效应。苯甲酰胺与 ̄(60)Coγ射线或电子束复因子处理,能明显增强M1的损伤效应,并能提高M2的诱变效应。苯甲酰胺具有抑制辐射损伤修复、提高诱发突变频率的作用。

EFFECT OF BENZAMIDE ON RADIATIVE MUTATION IN SOYBEAN
Abstract:The experimental results of using single and contbined treatment of 60Co γ-ray,electronbeam and benzamide to air dryed soybean sceds are as follow. The seedling height of M1,mature plant rate, character of fertility and frequency of chromosomal aberration in roottip cells of M1 have not been obviously affected by single treatment of benzamide, Singletreatment has not mutagenic effect on M2 soybean. Combined treatment of 60 Co γ-ray, elec-tron and benzamide has an obvious damage effect and mutagenic effect on soybean; Abovecombined treatment can obviously enforce radiative damage effect tO soybean, The experi-mental result also shows that benzamide can inhibit repair of radiation damage and increasefrequency of mutation.
