| Abstract: | Significant achievements in ecological construction and environmental protection have been got by Qianxinan prefecture of Guizhou province. Almost all the barren hills suitable for afforestation have been greened. In this paper, the author analyzed the importance of "Conversion of Arable Land back to Forests" to Qianxinan prefecture's ecological construction, analyzed the problems existing in the course of undertaking the project, and proposed the measures should be adopted from now on. |
