| 摘 要： | 高光谱成像技术结合了光谱学和成像技术的主要优势,可以同时获得一个样本的空间分布及物理和化学性能,是水果无损检测的发展趋势。为此,主要介绍了高光谱成像原理、装置、数据处理方法,以及国内外水果内外品质无损检测的应用,并对高光谱成像技术在水果无损检测中的不足及未来趋势进行了分析。
