三种彩色树对盐碱胁迫的生理响应

摘    要:模拟东北地区苏打盐碱土成分,对金叶莸、金叶红瑞木、王族海棠三种彩色树小苗进行了Na+离子浓度为0 mmol·L^-1(对照)、200 mmol·L^-1(中盐)、500 mmol·L^-1(高盐)的盐碱胁迫试验。结果表明:金叶红瑞木根系干重在中盐和高盐条件下分别较对照下降了35.3%和57.3%,冠干重分别下降了19.5%和27.6%;金叶莸和王族海棠根系干重在中盐、高盐条件下分别下降了15.0%、26.2%和17.0%、32.2%,冠干重则分别下降了3.0%、4.7%和9.0%、23.8%,说明盐碱胁迫对三种彩色树的高生长均有不同程度的抑制作用,且随着盐碱浓度的增加,抑制作用明显增强。通过测定与分析彩色树质膜透性、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量、生长情况等生理指标,表明金叶莸的耐盐碱性显著高于金叶红瑞木,而王族海棠介于二者之间。

Abstract:In this paper, three color tree seedlings including Caryopteris × clandonensis 'Worcester Gold', Comus alba 'Aurea', and Malus 'Royalty' were stressed under 0 (control), 200 (middle stress), 500 mmol·L^-1 (high stress) Na + solutions which simulating the basis composition of soda saline - alkali soil in northeast of China. The resuits showed that: compared to the control, the dry weights of root system of Comus alba decreased 35.3% and 57.3% under middle and high stresses, and the aboveground weight decreased 19.5% and 27.6%. The dry weights of root system of Caryopteris × clandonsnsis and Malus decreased 15.0%, 26.2% and 17.0%, 32.2% under middle and high stresses, and the aboveground weight decreased 3.0%, 4.7% and 9.0%, 23.8%. These results indicated the suppression of saline - alkaline on the growth of these color tree seedlings, with more intensive inhibition under higher stress. According to the growth and physiological indices including membrane penetrability, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content, we concluded that the Caryopteris × clandonensis. 'Worcester Gold' was the most saline- alkali tolerant species, and the Comus alha ' Aurea' was the worst, while the Malus 'Royalty' was between them.
