| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计等方法,对河南省大学生体育取向进行研究和分析,指出了影响大学生体育取向的有利因素和不利因素,并提出利用有利因素消解不利因素,帮助大学生树立科学的体育价值观和体育锻炼取向。

| Abstract: | This study is to study and analyze sports orientation of college students in Henan province by using literature and data, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and so on. As a resuh, we pointed out the disadvantageous and advantageous factors that effect the students＇ sports orientation, and hold that we should turn disadvantageous factors into advantageous ones to help students construct scientific values and orientation of sports. |
