| Abstract: | Combination with the CCP＇s ecological civilization construction, the engineering concept as the academic perspective, it explores the ethical issues of mining engineering and ecological civilization, and expects to solve the facing problems in developing mining circular economy and mining resources circular utilization with the use of the idea of large - scale engineering. |
