正齿行星轮分插机构理论分析与试验研究

摘    要:在高速水稻插秧机分插机构试验台上,采用高速摄影和视频图像处理技术,对正齿行星轮分插机构运动、推秧杆的推秧动作是否准确和适时、秧苗姿态等进行了三维动态检测,并利用图像处理和分析技术对分插机构秧针尖的运动轨迹、速度和加速度以及秧针在整个插秧过程中的相对角位移和绝对角位移等运动特性进行了分析。与理论结果的对比分析表明,达到了理论设计的要求。

Abstract:High-speed photography and image processing technique were used for studying the separating-plant-ing mechanism to check whether the movement of the mechanism and the seedling pushing operation of pushing rod was in time and accurate and what was the seedling gesture in the planting period. Three-dimensional dynamic investigation was performed to test the reliability of the mechanism. The motion track, the velocity and the acceleration of the planting tine of the mechanism, the relative and absolute angle displacement of the seedling needle during rice seedling transplanting were analyzed. Compared with theories analysis result, the developed mechanism with planetary gears of non-eccentricity had attained the design request.
