油菜菌核病抗性鉴定方法——花期牙签接种方法的探讨

摘    要:在人工气候室进行的不同温度、不同相对湿度条件下花期牙签接种试验的结果表明 :温度和相对湿度显著地影响病斑的长度。在中、英、法三国对中国和欧洲的 14个油菜品系进行的抗性鉴定结果表明 :不同品系植株病斑的平均长度有差异 ,说明不同品系抗菌核病能力有差异。牙签接种法能够根据接种后一定时间病斑的平均长度区分品种的抗菌核病能力。且方法简单 ,快速 ,易操作。但由于接种过程中植株茎受到人为创伤 ,其外部防御系统遭到了破坏 ,使植株的抗侵染和抗扩展能力有所改变。建议在使用牙签穿刺法鉴定的同时 ,结合使用别的菌核病抗性鉴定方法。

Abstract:Assessing method of resistance to sclerotinia stem rot of rapeseed-match-stick inoculation method during flowering time was studied.The results of experiments done in controling environment conditions indicated that temperature and relative humidity significantly affected the lesion length of the stem.This method was also checked and evaluated in three countries through assessing the resistance of rapeseed lines.The results showed that there were different levels of tolerance to infection with Sclerotinia sclerotiorum present in the lines tested.Matck-stick inoculation method was used to screen for resistance to sclerotinia stem rot of rapeseed.
